About Oddo DevelopmentOur company was founded in 1959 by Frank L. Oddo after his graduation from the University of Missouri and a tour as an officer in the United States Air Force. In 1966, we began commercial development with a small office building. In 1974, we moved into the residential arena and further began developing commerical properties. In 1981, we built our first apartment complex and are now the premier apartment developer in Kansas City.
