History of the Firm

Our company was founded in 1959 by Frank L. Oddo after his graduation from the University of Missouri and a tour as an officer in the United States Air Force. In 1966, we began commercial development with a small office building.

In 1974, we moved into the residential arena and further began developing and general contracting a subdivision in 1975. 1981 brought about our first apartment complex and recently in 2006 a retail shopping area.
