Oddo Development Leadership Team

Frank Oddo, Chairman

After graduating from the University of Missouri and serving in the Air Force, Frank Oddo utilized his Business degree to build a successful Development Company. In 1966, he began constructing office and warehouse buildings and managing commercial real estate. A licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker in Kansas and Missouri, Frank is also an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO). In 1999, Frank received Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Rick Oddo, President

Since joining the family business in 1987, Rick Oddo has managed and developed several apartment communities and commercial real estate projects. A graduate of Kansas State University with an Engineering degree in Construction Science, Rick is actively involved in both the construction management phase of commercial and residential real estate. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker in both Kansas and Missouri.

Jeannette Cox, Director of Operations

Jeannette joined Oddo Development in 2001 and is Director of Operations overseeing sales and operations for residential and commercial real estate. Jeannette is a graduate of Ottawa University with a B.A. in Business and holds her Certification of Apartment Property Supervisor through the National Apartment Association. Jeannette currently serves as President on the Board of the Apartment Association of Kansas City and is the recipient of the President's Award and Leadership Award.
