Oddo Development is proud to share several admirable awards received this year due to the dedication of our team members, residents, vendors, and all others who help make this company so wonderful.
Within the last six months, Oddo has been honored to receive multiple recognitions from several accredited sources. These include the Apartment Association of Kansas City, J Turner Research, ORA scoring, and an outpour of gracious positive reviews.
Additionally, Oddo is thrilled to share its contributions to our local KC community. Supporting Wayside Waifs, Johnson County Community College, Habitat for Humanity, and local food drives for those within Kansas City, Missouri, and Johnson County areas.
AAKC – Crystal Merit Awards
Property of the Year 2020– Bradford Pointe (back-to-back winners!)
Oddo and the team at Bradford Pointe are excited to announce that they have retained their title of “Property of the Year”!
This property has been exceptional in its customer service, landscape, retention rate, housing options, amazing maintenance crew, and more.
Oddo is incredibly happy to witness this goal achieved not once, but twice in a row, for this well-deserving community. Thank you AAKC and the team at BP! Congratulations on this huge achievement.
Landscape of the Year 2020– Jefferson Pointe
Lush landscapes within all communities have always been a passion for Oddo Developments CEO & President, Rick Oddo.
Jefferson Pointe has made him ecstatic over the announcement of their success in obtaining the “Landscape of the Year 2020” award.
This, following the previous winner (sister property Villa Milano) in 2019. Oddo Development is thrilled as the competition was great.
JP, Oddo is proud of you!
ORA Awards – Online Reputation Double Winners!
As mentioned in the linked article,
“The ORA score is an aggregate compilation of a property’s ratings across various review sites and ILSs. Each month, J Turner Research monitors the online ratings of more than 122,000 properties nationwide. Using a statistical model, a single score based on a scale of 0 to 100 is assigned to each property. This score serves as a benchmark to compare a company’s individual properties and portfolios nationally, regionally, and against the competition”.
Oddo has strived to make a top 10 ranking within ORA scoring, and not only have they done that but have successfully been awarded this title twice in one month.
Oddo is the ONLY company to be listed twice in the Kansas state ranking, as well as, one of the smallest in the running.
The average apartment score (based on ORA scoring) is 66.37.
Villa Milano– has claimed 5th Place coming in with 89 points, but placed as the 1st in the 89 point category.
Sonoma Hill has come in 7th Place just two spots below Villa Milano but still scoring an impressive 89.
These two properties have blown us away with their dedication to customer service, reputation, and positive online feedback. It takes a lot of hard work to be honored with this recognition as they beat out thousands of apartment complexes in the state! What a huge success!
