“I am very pleased with every aspect of the community. Love the attached garage and floor plan, the folks who work in the clubhouse (leasing and management) and the maintenance staff. all deserve 5 stars! The location is stellar, anything you need, you can find within 5 miles of the complex. I made an excellent decision 18 years ago, when I became a resident.”
“What a lovely place to live and the front office staff are amazing! They go above and beyond for their patrons. All the staff here are top notch and I have lived here over 6+ years. In the heart of Johnson County, close to grocery stores, theaters, libraries, and Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead. Beautiful landscape and the space is unbeatable. The maintenance staff are outstanding they are here right away if you need anything done. A real GEM in Overland Park!”
“They make life super easy here with speedy maintenance and on call issues. I have a busy lifestyle in addition to young children and they make our townhouse a home. I do not have to stress about repairs because they take care of it. I have lived in their apartments as well and had the same positive experience.”
